Corporate governance
Bure's corporate governance practices are based on Swedish law, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, and the Rulebook for Issuers issued by the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm ("Stockholm Stock Exchange").
As Bure is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the company also applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("the Code"). Deviations from the rules laid out in the Code are described and explained in the Corporate Governance Report.
